Marble Shakeology Cake

Marble Shakeology Cake!

I did it again. I came up with something SINFUL yet HEALTHY! So without further ado....here is the recipe <3

Ingredients:

• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sweetener ORGANIC honey
• 7/8 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
• 1/8 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
• 1 egg
• optional mix in: 1 tsp peanut butter, cocoa powder
• 2 or 3 tbsp water or almond milk(unsweetened)
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix Chocolate Shakeology and baking powder.
2. Next a second bowl, mix in almost 90% of egg and  2 tablespoons of water/milk, honey and vanilla.
3. In a THIRD bowl, mix remaining egg white and remaining 1 tablespoon of water with Vanilla Shakeology.
4. Add SECOND bowl to FIRST bowl. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add THIRD bowl to FIRST bowl then swirl Vanilla Shakeology mixture into Chocolate Shakeology mix to give "marbled" look.
6. If you’d like to add peanut butter, put one dollop in the center and push it down a bit.
7. Microwave for 90-120 sec.
8. When it is done the edges will pull from the sides.
9. Enjoy!
