April is like the BOMB diggity of months for me! It's the month that I made the decision to change my life and embark on my coaching journey AND it's the month where I took my FIRST step in really battling my emotional eating issues! This desire to change helped me put one foot in front of the other and do the work.  Little by little my life began to change. It's been a LONG and HARD road but here we are!
