Do you NEED Shakeology to lose weight?

Do you NEED Shakeology to lose weight?
...NO!

TRUE STATEMENT: “You don’t NEED a shake to lose weight. You just need to exercise, watch your calories and eat clean”.
ALSO TRUE STATEMENT: When you cut your calories, you are consequentially reducing your volume of nutrients. That means you still will have cravings. Having cravings make temptations difficult and you tend to “cheat” more (and feel miserable).
Secondly, when you reduce your calories (and nutrients) you feel tired. You lack energy to complete a workout or sometimes even get through your day. Then, you reach for caffeine which spikes your heart rate and drops you flat on your face feeling worse a few hours later. These are the two main reasons why people are inconsistent with losing weight and end up giving up. They are miserable and it’s difficult sticking to anything, feeling this way.
IN SUMMARY: Yes, you CAN lose weight safely and successfully with just diet and exercise. But, by adding Shakeology, because it’s SO nutrient dense at just 160 calories, your body is satisfied because you are super-charging it with the nutrients it needs to thrive. Hence, you don’t experience cravings. Additionally, because of super-food blend of ingredients, you naturally get a rested energy so that you don’t “crash” and can workout harder. Additionally, because Shakeology is %100 natural (unlike anything else) your not “tricking” your body and harming it with chemicals (or metals) that ultimately reduce your bodies natural performance.
So, do you NEED Shakeology to be healthy and lose weight? No. But it sure does make the entire lifestyle change EASIER and way more enjoyable. It only makes sense to use this remarkable product to HELP you along in the process. It’s not just a “protein” shake at GNC or at your local gym. Shakeology stands alone in it’s whole-food ingredient integrity and super-food blend. Find out WHY it’s termed truly, “The Healthiest Meal of the Day”.

I mean....REALLLYYYY. Who gets THIS excited about a superfood and veggie packed shake if it WASNT amazeballs?! :P Just sayin'

Shakeology Ingredients Researched!

As long as I get ridiculous objections I will always wake up with a clear purpose every morning to change the way Americans think.
Instead of asking why:
– there is so much sickness.
– medications are so expensive.
– our society focuses more on calories than nutrition, yet we are fatter than ever.
– you are tired all the time.
– Shakeology is “so expensive” yet you’ll buy Starbucks, 5 Hour Energy or Red Bulls everyday.
Try researching:
– the effects of artificial sweeteners, artificial colors and flavors, processed foods, soy and high fructose corn syrup on your body.
– Asking what the physical symptoms of not getting enough vital nutrients feels like to your body.
– Why crappy food is so cheap and healthy food is expensive.
– Why it’s more profitable for our government (ie FDA) for us to be sick than healthy.
I hope my smart ass attitude inspires ONE person to think differently today :P

Do I NEED weight loss surgery?

For those that are curious about stomach tightening, loose skin after weight loss or wondering if you should get weight loss surgery because you're scared about excess skin...

Not being able to tighten your skin is BS. Now, hear me OUT! I know its not BLACK and WHITE, but overall...saying you cant tighten your skin without surgery is ABSOLUTE crap!

You do NOT 'NEED' surgery.

What I've found (mind you, I'm not an expert and this is from my OWN experience/research), is that the people that can't tighten their tummy or have a lot of loose skin usually are people that don't go about weight loss in a healthy/realistic way, have extenuating circumstances or have lost/gained weight fast in the past. Your body can only handle so much wear and tear. STOP trying to lose as much weight as possible with the least amount of change. You'll end up paying for it...AKA, your skin won't tighten the way it SHOULD like it WOULD if you're eating right AND exercising.

What do I suggest?

Make REALISTIC changes. Any diet plan that calls for SEVERELY restricting in one area or another is NOT realistic. Or how about a workout plan that calls for 1-2hours of exercise EVERY day? Again, NOT realistic.

#sorrynotsorry

The truth is harsh sometimes guys! I'm just sayin I have a NEW online accountability group starting EVERY month where i'll teach you how to MAKE healthy AND realistic changes. You don't want to be left with all that unnecessary skin OR unnecessarily going under the knife.

What does a health and fitness coach ACTUALLY do?!

I get this question a lot: "What do you ACTUALLY do?"

I sell large quantities of crack cocaine in bags labeled "Shakeology". Duh.

Bahhhaa, just kidding! Seriously though, some people are just as suspicious of my career as a Beachbody Coach! I get it, I DO! I was too until someone really explained it to me!

But anywho...if there was a simple way to explain what I do, i'd say this: I work each day to inspire people to believe in themselves and make positive changes in their lives. Plain and simple. Whether that be through being my ridiculously dorky self, encouraging others to live themselves (rolls & all), or prayer, or private messages, or health and fitness coaching, or leadership, or whatever...the purpose I wake up with and take to sleep with me each day is to inspire people to make positive changes.

And the cool thing? I've found that all the other business and technical details and money and opportunity and team building and blah blah blah...that all comes naturally if I'm fully pursuing that one simple daily goal. Inspire people. Be inspired. Repeat. Don't over complicate it. Just fight to be a great example of what's possible with an unapologetically positive attitude...and keep trying to inspire people. And repeat.

If that simple daily goal resonates with you, and you feel that tug to help others, maybe you should check the video BELOW to learn EXACTLY what we do! You'll learn how to start living a live FILLED with freedom by obtaining that SIMPLE daily goal. You will also learns the ins and outs, how you could earn 25% Discounts on products and Shakeology, how to turn your progress into a weekly Paycheck and really see what this whole coaching thing is all about!

Or, if you KNOW it's something you want to do...fill out this form and i'll get back with you ASAP about journey our team! Hope to talk to you soon!

Extra GUAC, duh!

THE BEST GUACAMOLE RECIPE

I can’t tell you how in the world I came up with this, but somehow it “worked.”  I love to experiment in the kitchen when I get REALLY bored (hehe!) and this guacamole was born in result of having left over avocados that needed used.  Now, there are NEVER any left over avocados in our house, because they’re used up to make guacamole, before I can make anything else.

I kind of “wing,” it when I make it, and adjust ingredient quantities as needed.  Be cautious of adding too much salt, when serving with salty chips!

Ingredients

2 Avocados, peeled and cut into pieces
1/4 of a Red Onion, chopped finely
1 Roma Tomato, chopped finely
Juice from 1/2 a lime
Pinch of chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Pinch of Kosher Salt, to taste
Pinch of Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Mix the avocado pieces, red onion, roma tomato, fresh cilantro, and lime juice in together, until desired consistency.
Add in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Serve immediately!

NOTE: I like my GUAC chunky. You can however mash yours!
