Ali...the Emotional Eater turned EMPOWERER (is that a word?)

I was an emotional eater. I was a negative nancy. I was a binge eater. I was STUCK in an perpetual loop of self sabotage. I was tired of it and had NO idea how to stop it.
****************************************
Every SINGLE day my body was SCREAMING at me. It was a struggle to JUST get out of bed and socialize with the people I lived with. Most of the time I barricaded myself in my room. I'd either be eating, thinking about eating, hating on the people that seemed to have it "all" or sleeping.

I'd eat crap because I was unhappy, and then I would be unhappy because I ate crap. Have you been there?
Even with the inability to functional on a normal level and the emotional side effects of my unhealthy lifestyle (anxiety, low self esteem, depression), I somehow allowed it to become my norm.
I had pretty much allowed it to define me. "I'm just the pretty fat girl." We cant have it all. I'm pretty and smart, so I cant be in shape too. I'm sure you've said that before, or some variation of it. "This is how it goes, all the big pretty girls feel like this too."(because face it, a lot of them do.)

I was WRONG. DEAD wrong!
Its NOT healthy to CONSTANTLY tell yourself that you CANT be something or aren't capable of something.
Over a year ago, a friend of mine offered me a spot in a "challenge group" with her!
I was to join her, workout from HOME and follow the step by step meal plan she gave me daily, and cut back on the binging (recovering emotional eater) and negative self talk--all with this group of people who supposedly had the same goals as ME and would help support me and encourage me after my many failed attempts at weight loss while we all reached our goals together...
First thought: SCAM!
It's a scam, it's on the internet so it has to be right?
...NOPE!
I joined that little group and not only lost 32 lbs but I gained back my confidence! I found "ME" again--That girl that doesn't take crap and thinks she can do ANYTHING she sets her mind to. I found a way OUT of the perpetual loop of self sabotage! Most importantly I found "my calling"!

I TRULY want to help you do the same. I'm thankful beyond words where being a health and fitness coach has brought me and I want to share my knowledge with you!
Let's work together, you and I, on hitting those goals, even if it's a big scary one!! YOU are worth IT!
You don't have to be STUCK in that perpetual loop of self sabotage like I was. You don't have to eat away your feelings. You don't have to see yourself as "pretty, but fat." You don't have to define yourself by your weight ANYMORE! <3

🙌💗

**I have Challenge Groups starting twice a month and would LOVE to have you join!**

Fruity Oatmeal Bake

Who has a hard time getting breakfast in?!
....ME :p
I dont know about you but I HATE cooking first thing in the morning. If it's anything more than shaking up my Shakeology or throwing something in the microwave...I just won't do it. Not to mention, most people just DONT have the time for it.
Most days I do my shake in the morning for convenience purposes but sometimes I just want FOOD food. So, I threw this little baby together.
I'm calling it Fruity Oatmeal Bake. This made 8 servings and only took 40 mins total to make. It also came out to be about $1.88/serving.  Whether you're cooking to serve immediately or meal prepping--this is an awesome (an incredibly easy) oatmeal bake! It can be served hot OR cold and can even be modified for everyone's fruit preferences!

Fruity Oatmeal Bake:

Prep Takes MAYBE 5 minutes but requires 35 mins to bake. Spending a total of about 40 minutes for this deliciousness!

This recipe calls for 4 servings and the 21 Day Fix/Hammer and Chisel Portions are as follows:
1 Yellow, 1 Purple, 1 Blue and 0.25 Red
Trust me when I say that you get PLENTY to fill you up!

Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
4 cups of mixed berries ( I used strawberries and blueberries)
1 cup slivered almonds
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey (option here to use pure maple syrup and no maple flavoring)
2 tsp maple flavoring

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a 9x13 pan with coconut oil/olive oil spray.
2. Mix oats, honey, baking power, half of nuts, cinnamon and half of berries.
3. In another bowl mix eggs, vanilla and milk. Be sure the eggs are beaten well.
4.Spread the oatmeal mix into the pan. Be sure to press it into corners and that its even.
5. Pour the milk mixture over the oat mix.
6. Top with remaining berries and nuts.
7. Bake for 35 minutes.
8. Serve <3

Enjoy! Please be sure to comment below if you end up making this or adding your own tweaks with different fruit!

WHY Become a Beachbody Coach?

There are SO many reasons for me, but let me just start with a few! <3

My personal reasons for coaching...
  1. To stay accountable to my own health/fitness goals.
  2. To be able to work from home, braless, in my jammies, and choose my hours.
  3. To be able to work with some of my best friends.
  4. To be able to eventually retire my father, help my sister through college, give BACK and retire my significant other.
  5. So my significant other and I can be present in his child's life, volunteer at school functions, and not miss a moment -- no BOSS telling us when we can live our lives.
  6. I have a "job" that doesn't feel like "work". To feel like I have a purpose. Giving and doing for others builds confidence. Helping people makes my heart happy.
  7. I am surrounded with positive people daily which has molded me into a happier, more positive person. My success is determined by how many people I help--how many other jobs provide unlimited success and income based on the amount of lives you change?
  8. I LOVE social media!
  9. FREEDOM! <3
Coaching FAQ's -- What's the Scoop on Coaching?
1. I don’t have a transformation yet/I don’t look like a Beachbody coach/I'm too big to be a coach.
When I signed up to be a coach, I was 300 lbs and had ALWAYS been over weight. I was KNOWN for being the "big girl". I was not at my GOAL body, but I joined a Challenge Group and decided to share exactly what I was doing with the world! I was so excited. And, what I realized was...no one relates to PERFECT. People relate to someone just like themselves who is working towards a goal. They are inspired by seeing someone just like themselves push through and reach a goal. So, I shared what I was doing...and, people starting watching me. When they saw my consistency and hard work starting to pay off, they asked me what I was doing--they actually were inspired...by ME!! Crazy. So, it's that simple. Commit to YOURSELF and your transformation, show people this really WORKS, and you will inspire...then, you're in business! Still dont believe me...watch THIS video! Also, here is MY transformation to date. I've lost 110lbs since October 2014. Not ONE minute did I let my size hold me back. To be honest, I used it to my advantage! :)

2. I’m not a salesperson…
Welp...neither am I. This was pretty much my biggest fear. I have no background in sales, and I have too much pride to be one of those icky, sticky sale people. I just won't do it. lol The cool thing about coaching...like I said above...I SHARE what I do. I don't SELL. When people see me sharing my journey, they ask me what I've been doing, and I talk to them about their goals and how I could help them reach them, and I share my story. When you start thinking about this as SELLING...people feel like you're trying to SELL them something. Then, they want NO part in it. But, if you focus on sharing and helping...you will succeed!
Here's me...SHARING my Weight Loss Journey on my Facebook page:

3. What if I don’t have time? I work a full time job!
We all have the same 24 hours in each of our days, so it's all about how we use them! When I signed up to be a coach I was working 12-16 days. Typically overnight. I was the epitome of BUSY. I was basically working away my LIFE and had NOTHING to show for it. I knew something had to change. I was also so TIRED of being over weight and in that perpetual yo-yo dieters nightmare! I signed up that night. I quickly learned to manage my time. I created a "Power Hour" for my business each day and focused on building my business. I squeezed some extra work time in during my lunch break and sacrificed watching TV at night in order to squeeze in a little extra work time. In less than 1 year, I can proudly say that I now work from home FULL time :) It CAN be done friends!

4. Who will ever be part of my team...or buy anything from me?
We as coaches, focus a LOT on personal development and becoming the BEST person we all can be. Not only for ourselves but also to have the positive mindset to inspire other people. When you share your journey along with your hobbies/interests and lifestyle on social media, you will attract people just like yourself. Being YOU is what sets you apart from every other coach. People don't buy from you because of the products you're selling, they buy from you because they are inspired by watching your journey, they relate to you as a person through your posts, and they feel that you genuinely want to help them. If you focus on sharing and HELPING, you will succeed. You feel me? :)
This is me...being me :P

5. Is this a pyramid scheme?
PYRAMID SCHEMES / vs. / BEACHBODY
Sooooo...within the passed year and a half as a Beachbody coach, I've had several people ask me, "Is this one of those PYRAMID things?". Half of the time they are not even SURE what that even MEANS! haha But, I'll be straight up with you. I was one of those skeptical people who thought the same exact thing. I researched extensively to find the real facts before I jumped 2 feet into coaching. There IS a difference between a "Pyramid Scheme or Scam" and a "Legitimate MLM company". Here's the scoop!

But, first...FUN FACT: Did you know that 83% of women who make
OVER $100,000 per year work for an MLM? :P
Other Important Facts:
Beachbody holds an A+ rating with the

Better Business Bureau

6. I’m an introvert and shy….I don’t know if I can do it.
I am finding more and MORE that I'm actually an introvert everyday. I thought for the longest time that I was extroverted but really im now. OOPS :p I'm pretty much a hermit. I have a small group of friends. What I've found is that introverts are quiet, but we are also creative, compassionate, and have great listening skills. We thrive when communicating via social media--OH...and we love being home...so, we do awesome in this business. My business is 95% social media. I love that I'm able to open the lines of communication when I want to...but, then shut it off when I'm finished and want to be in my own bubble--fellow introverts...you know what I'm talking about.

7. How much does it cost to sign up?
I've never owned my own business before Beachbody, but some of my friends told me about the crazy overhead not to mention the additional utility costs and THEN some. So I KNOW that the sign up fee is CRAZY low! The sign up fee is $39.95, and sometimes this fee can even be waived...(ask me how). There is a monthly fee of $15.95. These fees cover your personalized websites and maintenance, a customer service center, a shipping department so you do NOT have to buy/carry inventory, and, you don't have to ship the products. Beachbody does all of this for you. Your only other inventory is the products you use to get improve your health and get in shape so you're able to share your journey. Can I just TELL you how awesome it is to own a full time work from home CAREER without the crazy overhead or hassle of customer service or shipping?!
8. What if I FAIL?!?!
You will not fail. If you tell yourself I WILL DO THIS and you commit to being coachable, I will teach you everything I've done to become a 6-figure earner within 2 years, and you will succeed. It's all very simple to do, but it's also simple NOT to do. If you commit to me and our team FITS Dynasty, we will lock arms with you and show you the way. This is not a SCARY thing...it's a new, exciting life venture! The only way to fail is if you downright quit. But, think of all the ways this business could improve your life? It's worth trusting me and trusting the process to be able to live the way you want to live...trust me...I'm living it now. FREEDOM is worth the work.

9. How do I get Paid? How much Money does a Beachbody Coach make?

Well, that all depends.  This business can be as little or as much as you'd like it to be depending on your effort and your drive to better yourself and others.  In this business, your income is a reflection of the number of lives you change.  I started with changing myself and started to inspire others.  I felt changes in my own life, so it was only natural for me to want to pass this gift onto others.  I knew I had found my passion and purpose, and I ran with this business.

If customers buy from you, you make 25% commission (About $30 per shakeology order and $50-$70 per challenge pack, and 25% for other products as well). Once you build a team of coaches, you make bonuses off of the volume they sell.  This income becomes residual. So, in the beginning of my business, most of my $$ was made by retail sales to challengers.  Then, it was my job to help them succeed within their challenge and get results.  Once they get results, they are excited and their friends are interested in a challenge...I either receive referrals OR they become coaches themselves--which grows my team and grows my residual income.

My team bonuses started as $0 per week as a new coach.  Now, I've been coaching for a little over a year and my team bonuses are the bulk of my paychecks.  As my team grows and succeeds, my income grows.  So, it’s my job to help my team succeed.

I know you will LOVE coaching if you’re ready to take a leap of faith, I’d love to help you start this new life venture :))

21 Day Fix Approved Boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings

Well folks, this is it. The buffalo chicken that WILL become a staple in my home! I set out to replace the deep-fried take out boneless wings that we just COULDN'T live without! I think I am OFFICIALLY set for LIFE! <3 Enjoy!

Container count per serving: 1¼ red, 1 yellow, and 1 teaspoon
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (I use Smart Balance)
  • ¾ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • honey, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk. In another bowl add the flour and in a third bowl at the panko bread crumbs.
  3. Dip the chicken in the flour. Next, coat the chicken in egg--lastly dredge the chicken in the panko bread crumbs and place coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Spray the chicken with cooking spray to ensure it browns when baking. Bake the chicken pieces for 10-15 minutes and then flip and cook the other side for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Stir the melted butter and hot sauce together in a bowl (add honey to taste--makes the mixture richer AND a little bit sweeter). Dip the baked chicken in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated. Serve and enjoy!

My Top 10 Tips for Eating Healthy on a Budget!

Lets be real, we are ALL on a budget. If I had it my way I would have my own LIVE in Chef who ALSO did all the Grocery Shopping. Since I'm not living the high life (yet :P), lets get back to reality. I have to skimp and save WHEREVER I can too!

I get a lot of "Eating Healthy is expensive. I cant afford that!" I wont lie and say that eating healthy is CRAZY cheap and you're just missing a key piece of the puzzle. BUT, what I can tell you is that you will pay one way or another. If you continue to eat processed, food like products then you will EVENTUALLY be paying to correct the side effects it has on your body. #PayTheFarmerOrPayTheDoctor #YourChoice

Yes, It can cost more money up front but DON'T worry! I'm going to share with you my Top 10 tips for eating healthy on a budget.

1. Make your Grocery List BEFORE you shop!

I spend considerably less when I shop with a grocery list. When I just try to wing it, my grocery bill is higher, and I buy unnecessary items. Not to mention, if I don't plan out the WHOLE week I forget or miss certain items causing me to return to the grocery store & waste even MORE money.

2. Don't shop when you're HUNGRY!

Going Grocery Shopping when you're hungry is a BIG no-no! Not only are you willing to tear off and exchange your left arm for something tasty, but you are also willing to buy anything and EVERYTHING! This leaves you will LESS money and VERY tempting food that you have to NOW try and avoid the rest of the week. Just skip it ALL together!

3. Buy Frozen Produce OR shop the Local Food Stand!

Most of the time foods in the produce section AREN'T actually as fresh as frozen produce. That’s because most frozen foods are frozen at the peak of ripeness, thereby preserving the food when it’s packed with the most nutrients. Fresh produce is usually harvested before it’s 100% ripe, and then spend a few days in the shipping process before they get to your grocery store and into your kitchen. If you aren't too keen on the whole frozen food thing, you can always shop the Local Food Stand! They are almost ALWAYS cheaper than the Grocery Store and it ALSO gives back to your local community! #WINWIN

4. Buy produce IN Season!

When you do buy fresh produce, make sure it’s in season. Prices drop on produce when it’s in season. They usually taste better TOO!

5. Invest in a GOOD Meal Replacement, NOT a protein powder!

Meal Replacements are SUPER convenient & easy for "on the go-ers", but if you don't do your research you can come across some potentially dangerous rip offs. If it DOESN'T replace a WHOLE meal--rip off! If it DOESN'T keep you full for at LEAST 3 hours--rip off! If it DOESN'T include at LEAST one serving of veggies--rip off! If it requires you to take more than ONE a day OR has you taking additional supplements--rip off! If it CLAIMS that you can lose weight by ONLY drinking it, NOT changing your eating habits or ADDING in exercise--rip off!  You get it! Do YOUR research! #Shakeology is an AMAZING #MealReplacement that I use everyday! Not to mention by favorite one taste like a reeses peanut butter cup! ❤

6. Cook in LARGER portions & freeze!

This tip saves time and money. Cook large batches of your favorite freezable meals like soups, pasta sauces, and other one-dish dinners. This a no brainer! #SorryNotSorry

7. Keep an organized Pantry & Fridge!

Organize, clean out, and take inventory of your pantry and refrigerator on a regular basis. This helps you reduce food waste and remember what you already have on hand. Before I make my weekly menu and grocery list, I always “shop my kitchen” first, and try to create recipes that build on what I already have in stock. This also keeps me from buying something at the grocery store that I already have at home in the back of the pantry.

8. Meal prep at LEAST once/Week!

I could have named this tip “don’t eat at restaurants,” but that’s not the real problem. If I find myself eating out a lot, it’s because I don’t have any meals prepared at home. When I meal prep (that just means making your meals ahead of time for the week, or sometimes even the month), I not only save time, but I save a ton of money that I would otherwise be spending at restaurants.

9. Stick with SIMPLE Recipes!

I love experimenting with new, healthy foods. But when the budget is tight, I can’t afford to buy five new spices and three new grains for one recipe. If I could, I’d make the most delicious, extravagant foods all the time and post them on Instagram in the most eye catching fashion possible BUT #AintNobodyGotTimeForDat! And that’s okay. Stick with recipes that require just a few, inexpensive ingredients. Check out my Clean Eating Recipes! They are ALSO #21DayFix approved!

10. Skip the Beverages!

This tip is equally for your health as it is for your budget. Beverages like juice, soda, beer, and wine should be considered treats and not staples. I like a good alcoholic beverage (or 2) as much as the next person, but the hidden calories are NOT something your wallet or your health needs. Honestly, just by cutting back on the unnecessary calories ALONE you will start to see the pounds FALL off!

Hope this helps guys!

21 Reasons why I LOVE the 21 Day Fix

Today I figured that I would break down my results and the reasons why I absolutely love the 21 day fix!! So I figured I would list the 21 reasons why I love the 21 day fix! ((I know it's long, bare with me))

1. I mean come on, I lost 32 lbs in the FIRST 21 days. Like wahhhhh?! A total of 100 lbs ((so far))!

2. The meal plan. I mean it TELLS you exactly what portions to eat and what exactly to eat! #ImSpecial 3. 30 minutes. The workouts are ONLY 30min! 4. Not TOO much jumping. Thank GOODNESS! My poor boobies cant take all that bouncing around. I mean I would like to KEEP my eyes intact! 5. The foods you can have are still YUMMY. I mean I have baked ZITI on the regular. #ILikeCarbs #NoDeprivingTheInnerFatty 6. Chocolate! I get to have CHOCOLATE

7. Alcohol! The meal plan includes a few alcoholic beverages--because well, shit happens! :p

8. Let's just REPEAT 6&7. You can still have chocolate and alcohol! Maybe I should just STOP there! haha!

9. It's only 21 days. I mean--why 30 days or 60 when you can do JUST 21?!

10. Energy- I always rolled my eyes at people telling me how energetic I would feel from working out. Honestly I wanted to slap them because I was already dead tired how was physically exerting my precious energy going to give me any energy?? But it does!!!

11. Never leave the house. I never ever ever have to step foot outside to workout! I dont even have to shower after if I dont want to. #AintNobodyGotTimeForDat!

12. The price is SO reasonable. I've paid for gym memberships, shots, wraps, pills, programs--I wish I knew about this program before I went through ALL that. I use to LITERALLY take legal "speed" and inject myself with hormones to lose weight. I've WASTED 100's of $$ & severally hurt my body. Silly me.

13. Getting dressed is WAY over-rated! I'm one HOT mess when I workout ((you guys know)) I can legit roll out of bed and workout! No judgement in your own home.

14. Back to the judgement. Since I'm at home I don't have to worry about having the guy next to me--I don't have to worry when I have to hit pause. I do it at my own pace.

15. More TIME! I don't have to drive to a gym, wait for the machines I want and then drive back. I do it when I want to. I never understood why everyone stood around & talked at the gym anyway. #NotAChattyCathy

16. Shakeology. Yep I used to make fun of people for their shakes. I was totally the "I only eat real food" for meals girl. When I started the 21 day fix I swore I wouldn't do Shakeology! But from the first shake I drank I was sold! I no longer crave junk food or energy drinks for energy. I drink one of these daily and it fills my belly and gives me energy. Plus it helps my digestion a TON. #SorryNotSorry #EveryonePoops ;)

17. The meal plan is so VERSATILE that it works for EVERYONE. Have kids, picky eater, vegan, vegetarian, paleo? It's for YOU

18. And back to chocolate & alcohol. Cant forget those!

19. Being introduced to an opportunity that not only helps me reach & maintain my goals physically but also allows me to give back & help others do the same ALL while I'm building #FinancialFreedom!

20. 100 pounds lost since October and MAINTAINED throughout the whole Summer! It's so awesome to me that I am maintaining my weight and not having to kill myself to do it!

21.This program is ALREADY amazing, but to take your results to the NEXT step, you NEED the NEW 21 Day Fix Cookbook, Fixate! There are 101 approved recipes that include sweets, snacks, meals & even alcohol! #Winning I'm actually offering it for FREE for the those that decide to fall in LOVE with the 21 Day Fix like I have in the month of AUGUST! 25 Things I learned by the Time I turned 26

Being that I turn 26 TOMORROW, I can't help but think about how much my life has changed since I turned 25 ((for the better))!

You know, last year when I turned 25 I felt like the world was coming to an end. I called my mom crying and complained about how I hadn't accomplished enough in my life. I complained that I felt like a complete and utter failure for not being "further" in my life. I was 300lbs at this point, unemployed, no REAL friends and hated the direction my life had taken. I was broken. Ashamed of who I was and how much I had let myself go in every aspect. It's pretty funny looking back at in now, because now I feel the EXACT opposite.

I know a lot of us were raised to think that we should be in a career, married, have the dream house and kids by the time we are 25--so last year when I wasn't even close I nearly stroked out. Tomorrow I turn 26 and am THANKFUL that I am just NOW coming into my "own."

When I say my own, I mean the life I was meant to live and the person I was suppose to be. Within the last 10 months I found my passion, my purpose, lost 100lbs and found the man I was suppose to be with--and through doing so I found that person that I always imagined myself to be. Had some of the opportunities and circumstances happened 11 months ago or earlier for me--I may of squandered them. I am BEYOND thankful that god ((or whatever higher power you believe in)) didn't bless me with certain opportunities until I was ready.

With all that being said, I wanted to offer some wisdom as to what I've learned and discovered in the last 26 years!

1. Life is now. Like happening right now. Start doing the things you've always wanted to do. Write them down. Make a timeline. Plan & execute.

2. Don't sweat the small stuff. Most of the daily stressors you experience will not matter in ten years...most likely even in one year. #Bye Felicia

3. Take care of yourself. You are responsible for your own happiness. Not your partner. Not your family. Not your friends. You know yourself best and what makes you happiest. When you're happy, everyone else that comes into contact with you will be too. Or will at least experience your radiating glow.

4. Positivity is priceless. This one always comes back to me.

5. Your work matters. No matter how insignificant or unimpressive you believe your work to be, there is value in it. Take pride in what you do and others will too. Commit yourself to a high level of quality work in your occupation, continually learn & improve yourself, and embrace failure as part of the process.

6. Isolation is avoidable. It's easy to fall into this self-inflicted trap by avoiding people and experiences. Make it a priority to surround yourself with people who are good for you. Even if it is just a few trustworthy comrades. No man is an island!

7. Be careful who you surround yourself with. Choose your influences wisely. They say you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Don't be too careful though or you'll just start hanging out with your succulents like one of my friends (ahem).

8. Regularly unplug. Turn your phone off, turn everything off. Calibrate.

9. Spend more time in nature. Taking a walk always changes my mood and perspective for the better. Always.

10. Grow. Try hard things. Push the limits of your comfort zone.

11. Let people know what they mean to you. Show love, grace, appreciation, generosity.

12. Own a pet. The unconditional love that you will give and receive is life changing!

13. Be open to change. Especially when it comes to people in your life. It's hella scary sometimes, but you have to roll with the punches.

14. Always have a book you're reading.

15. Be intentional.

16. Always have an open door. Yes, my home is not what I want it to be and is usually a mess, but most people don't even notice and the polite ones won't say something about it. Nobody is perfect.

17. Make memories. Plan trips, occasions, experiences. Take photos. Make home videos. Don't let life go by.

18. Stop giving in so much. Yes, still compromise, but you know you're always the one giving in.

19. Take care of your body. Do things that boost your energy. Be healthy and involved in life. People rely on you, so do your part to make sure you stick around for as long as possible.

20. Say yes more than no. You'll be happy and usually never regret going to parties or socializing with friends. This directly conflicts with #18.

21. Talk to people in grocery stores. Or wherever. I learned this from my mom. Everyone is the same or going through the same things. It makes my day when I'm looking at tea or something and someone tells me I should try this kind or that.

22. Show respect. In general. In relationships. In nature. In driving. In conversations.

23. Forgive. Show grace always. Let them off the hook.

24. Make new traditions and pass them on.
